Abstract
본 발명은 방전등용 전자식 안정기의 게이트 구동회로에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방전등용 전자식 안정기의 게이트 구동회로는 전류트랜스포머(Tc)에 의해 자려식으로 구동되는 직렬공진형 인버터방식으로 전력용 MOSFET 스위칭트랜지스터(M1,M2)를 이용하여 방전등에 빛으로 발생하는 출력전력을 공급하는 방전등용 전자식 안정기에 있어서, 상기 전류트랜스포머(Tc)의 2차측에 저항(R11,R21)을 연결하고, 신호 증폭용 트랜지스터(Q1,Q2)를 직렬연결하여 상기 전력용 MOSFET 스위칭트랜지스터(M1,M2)의 게이트를 구동하므로써 방전시 작은 게이트 구동전류로도 높은 주파수의 스위칭 동작이 가능하게 하도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to a gate drive circuit of an electronic ballast for a discharge lamp.
