본 발명은 TV 수신기에 있어서 스크램블된 방송 수신시 신호처리방법 및 회로에 관한 것으로서, 안테나를 통해 수신된 방송신호의 채널을 선국하는 튜너와, 튜너로부터 선국되어 중간주파증폭된 방송신호중 음성신호를 처리하는 음성처리IC와, 튜너로부터 선국되어 중간주파증폭된 방송신호중 영상신호를 처리하는 영상처리IC를 구비한 TV 수신기에 있어서, 선국된 방송신호에 대하여 스크램블이 걸려있는지 여부를 검파하여, 영상신호와 음성신호 모두에 대하여 스크램블이 걸쳐있는 경우 다른 채널을 선국하는 제1제어신호, 음성신호에 대하여 스크램블이 걸쳐있는 경우 음성신호를 뮤트시키는 제2제어신호, 영상신호에 대하여 스크램블이 걸쳐있는 경우 영상신호를 차단시키는 제3제어신호를 출력하는 스크램블 검파기와 스크램블 검파기에서 출력되는 제1 내지 제3제어신호에 따라 튜너, 음성처리IC 및 영상처리IC를 제어하는 마이콤으로 구성된다. 따라서, 스크램블된 방송신호 수신시 음성처리IC 혹은 영상처리IC로 잡음이 입력되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
