무선통신장치의 최적통화를 위해 RSSI 상,하위값을 읽어들이어 상,하위 값에서 4단계의 레벨(L0-L3)로 일정하게 나누고, 최하위 이하 레벨 핸드오버 또는 통화상태를 그대로 유지하며, 기지국으로부터 통화요구가 있을시 무선통신 장치와의 지정된 채널을 튜닝하고, 상기 튜닝된 채널의 RSSI 값을 읽어 수신데이타가 정상인가를 체킹하여 정상상태이면 데이타 교환 후 통화를 하고 비정상 상태일 때 다른 채널을 지정하고, 상기 RSSI 값이 2단계레벨(L2)보다 작고 1단계 레벨(L1)보다 커져 수시노디는 데이타중 같은 데이타가 일정횟수이면 상기 데이타 교환 후 통화상태로 가고 아니면 다른 채널을 지정하도록 되어 있다.Reads the RSSI high and low values for the optimal call of the wireless communication device and divides them into 4 levels (L0-L3) from the high and low values, and maintains the lowest level handover or call state.
