Abstract
본 발명은 CDMA 이동통신 시스템에서의 통화 블럭킹 현상은 주로 다른 사용자들의 통화에 기인하여 간섭잡음 레벨량이 일정 수준 이상될 때 일어나는 현상이므로 상기 시스템에서 트래픽 제어는 통화 블럭킹이 일어나지 않도록 간섭 잡음레벨이 강한 셀에서의 간섭 잡음레벨이 감소되도록 제어하기 위한 것으로 기지국과 제어국이 이동국의 최대 Eb/No를 관리하여 간섭 잡음레벨이 큰 기지국의 MSR. 이 MSRsc_th보다 크고, 인접 셀의 MSR이 MSRnc_th보다 작은 경우, 해당 기지국의 파일럿 채널 전력을 감소시켜 간섭 간섭 잡음레벨량을 제어하여 시스템 운용중에도 부하가 심한 셀의 크기를 조정함으로써 시스템의 트래픽을 능동적으로 관리할수 있다.In the present invention, since the call blocking phenomenon in the CDMA mobile communication system occurs mainly when the amount of interference noise level is caused by a call of other users, the interference control is performed in a cell with a strong interference noise level so that the call blocking does not occur.
