Abstract
본 발명은 미래의 초고속 완전 광신호 처리망의 구현을 위하여 초고속 완전 광교환 및 능동적 광경로 설정이 가능한 비선형 도파광을 효율적으로 조정할 수 있는 완전 광동착의 분기각이 큰 Y-접합형 비선형 광도파로에 관한 것으로, 직선형의 선형 광도파로, 및 상기 선형 광도파로에 접합되어 있으며, 구부러진 비선형 광도파로로 구성되고, 입사광의 파워가 소정의 크기 이하이면 주로 상기 선형 광도파로로 진행되고, 입사광의 파워가 소정의 크기 이상이면 주로 상기 비선형 광도파로로 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하여, 종래의 완전 광동작 소자와 비교하여 분기각이 증가되었고 급격한 스위칭 현상을 보이므로 집적도를 향상시킬 수 있고, 임계 파워의 조정이 어렵지 않아서 제작 조건이 까다롭지 않다는 등의 효과를 가진다.

Claims (1)
- 직선형의 선형 광도파로; 및 상기 선형 광도파로에 접합되어 있으며, 구부러진 비선형 광도파로로 구성되고; 입사광의 파워가 소정의 크기 이하이면 주로 상기 선형 광도파로로 진행되고, 입사광의 파워가 소정의 크기 이상이면 주로 상기 비선형 광도파로로 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 Y-접합형 비선형 광도파로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
