Abstract
본 발명은 동영상재생이 가능한 비디오컴팩트디스크(버전 2.0)의 프로그램 영역내에 존재하는 비디오CD정보영역의 ENTRIES.VCD화일의 정보를 이용하여 CD-DA트랙의 시작위치를 정확히 검출/저장시키고, 저장된 CD-DA트랙의 시작위치를 기초로 MPEGAV트랙과 CD-DA트랙사이에서 화상탐색과 고속탐색동작이 신속하면서도 정확하게 행해질 수 있도록 한 비디오컴팩트디스크의 화상탐색 및 고속탐색 제어방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다.The present invention accurately detects / stores the start position of a CD-DA track by using information of an ENTRIES.VCD file of a video CD information area existing in a program area of a video compact disc (version 2.0) capable of playing a moving picture, and stores a stored CD. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 해당 비디오컴팩트디스크(버전 2.0)에서 CD-DA트랙의 시작시간을 미리 검출하여 저장해 두는 제1과정과; 탐색모드의 설정시 저장된 CD-DA트랙의 시작시간을 기초로 현재 탐색되는 트랙이 어느 트랙영역인지를 판단하는 제2과정 및; 상기 판단결과 MPEG오디오/비디오트랙이면 해당 디코더에 의한 신호처리에 의해 기설정된 시간단위로 화상을 디스플레이시켜 주면서 탐색하는 반면, CD-DA트랙이면 해당 디코더에 의한 신호처리에 의해 기설정된 시간단위로 고속탐색동작을 수행시키는 제3과정으로 구성되고, 상기 제1과정은 해당 비디오컴팩트디스크(버전 2.0)상의 TOC영역내의 정보 및 프로그램영역상에 존재하는 MPEG오디오/비디오트랙내의 복수의 시작위치리스트에 대한 정보를 저장하는 제1단계와; 저장된 상기 복수의 시작 위치리스트에 대한 정보에서 리드 포인터용 오프셋을 설정한 후 그 위치에서부터 일정치씩 읽기 시작하여 마지막 시작위치리스트에 대한 정보의 경과여부를 판별하는 제2단계 및; 상기 마지막 시작위치리스트에 대한 정보를 경과하게 되면 TOC영역상에서의 현재트랙 직후의 트랙정보를 CD-DA트랙의 시작위치용 정보로써 저장시키는 제3단계로 구성된 것이다.To this end, the present invention includes a first process of detecting and storing a start time of a CD-DA track in advance in a corresponding video compact disc (version 2.0); A second step of determining which track area the track currently being searched is based on the start time of the stored CD-DA track when setting the search mode; As a result of the determination, if the MPEG audio / video track is displayed, the image is searched by the predetermined time unit by the signal processing by the corresponding decoder, while if it is the CD-DA track, the high speed is set by the predetermined time unit by the signal processing by the corresponding decoder.
