자동차 개스 스프링의 내구성 시험장치에 있어서, 상기 개스 스프링에 인가되는 압축신장에 대한 강도와 시험의 진행에 대한 조건을 입력하며 상기 시험장치의 운용에 대한 전반적인 키 신호를 입력하는 키 입력수단과, 상기 키 입력수단으로 입력되는 시험조건 데이타와 피 시험재료인 상기 개스 스프링의 내구성 시험부위로 부터 검출되는 데이타를 디스플레이하는 표시수단과, 상기 개스 스프링의 내구성 시험부위에 설치된 센서로부터 인가되는 검출신호를 인터페이싱하는 입력포트와, 상기 키 입력수단으로부터 인가되는 내구성 시험을 위한 조건 데이타와 입력포트를 통해 검출되는 측정 데이타를 저장하며 상기 개스 스프링의 내구성 시험에 대한 전반적인 동작을 제어하고, 임의의 센서로부터 시험장치 또는 피 시험재료의 이상이 검출될시 내구성의 검출에 대한 동작을 중지시키는 제어수단과, 상기 제어수단에 저장된 시험데이타를 외부의 측정장치측에 시리얼 인터페이싱하는 소정갯수의 출력포트와, 동작전원으로 인가되는 상용전압을 상기 시험장치에 필요한 전압으로 절환하는 트랜스와, 상기 트랜스로부터 인가되는 전압을 DC전압으로 정류하는 정류수단과, 상기 개스 스프링의 내구성 시험이 완료되거나 시험도중 개스 스프링의 파손이나 불량 또는 시험장치의 에러가 검출되면 상기 제어수단으로부터 인가되는 신호에 따라 점등되는 경광등을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개스 스프링의 내구성 시험장치.An apparatus for testing the durability of an automobile gas spring, comprising: key input means for inputting a strength for compression extension applied to the gas spring and a condition for the progress of a test, and inputting an overall key signal for operation of the test apparatus; Interface means for displaying test condition data inputted through a key input means and data detected from the durability test portion of the gas spring, which is a test material, and a detection signal applied from a sensor provided at the durability test portion of the gas spring.
