Abstract

본 발명은 차량 조립시 각시트와 도어사이의 적정거리를 산출해 낼 수 있는 디지탈 헤드 클리어런스 측정기구에 관한 것으로, 전원을 온/오프시키기 위한 스위치(5)와, 상기 스위치(5)의 제어에 따라 구동되는 모터(6)와, 랙과 피니언으로 구성되어 상기 자(2)의 이동에 따른 회전수를 검출하는 회전수 검출부(7)와, 상기 회전수 검출부(7)에 의해 검출된 회전수를 카운트하는 카운터(8)와, 상기 카운트(8)에 의해 카운팅된 데이타를 입력받아 제어신호를 출력시키는 마이컴(9)과, 상기 마이컴(9)의 제어신호에 의해 구동되어 디스플레이부(11)를 구동시키는 디스플레이 구동부(10)로 이루어진다.

Claims (2)

  1. 전원을 온/오프시키기 위한 스위치(5)와, 상기 스위치(5)의 제어에 따라 구동되어 자(2)를 이동시키는 모터(6)와, 랙과 피니언으로 구성되어 상기 자(2)의 이동에 따른 회전수를 검출하는 회전수 검출부(7)와, 상기 회전수 검출부(7)에 의해 검출된 회전수를 카운트하는 카운터(8)와, 상기 카운트(8)에 의해 카운팅된 데이타를 입력받아 제어신호를 출력시키는 마이컴(9)과, 상기 마이컴(9)의 제어신호에 의해 구동되어 디스플레이부(11)를 구동시키는 디스플레이 구동부(10)를 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 헤드 클리어런스 측정기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자(2)의 양측에 기포(4)를 가진 측정 카운터(3)가 대향되게 일체형으로 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 디지탈 헤드 클리어런스 측정기구.
