Abstract

본 발명은 버너바디의 혼합실 중앙에 확산체를 설치하여 혼합가스의 미혼합으로 인한 불완전 연소를 방지하는 확산체가 장착된 버너구조에 관한 것으로, 하부에는 1차공기 투입구가 형성된 혼합관과 일체로 열성된 버너바디를 형성하고, 그 상측에는 다수이 염공이 형성된 버너헤드를 재치하여 그에는 혼합실이 형성된 버너에 있어서, 하부로 경사져 상하부가 개방된 확산부를 형성하여 확산체의 측벽에는 다수의 홀을 천공하고, 상기 홀의 내측 바로 상부에는 확산부 측벽에 고정된 돌출격판을 형성하며, 상기 확산부의 상부홀 외측에는 상부홀과 연결대로 연결된 안착링으로 각각 이루어진 확산체 형성하되, 상기 확산체를 버너바디의 상면에 고정설치한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 하부에는 1차 공기투입구(6)가 형성된 혼합관(4)과 일체로된 버너바디(1) 형성하고, 그상측에는 다수의 염공(10)이 형성된 버너헤드(8)를 재치하여 그 하부에 혼합실(13)이 형성된 버너에 있어서, 하부로 경사져 상하부가 개방된 확산부(24)를 형성하여 확산체의 측벽에는 다수의 홀(34)을 천공하고, 상기 홀(34)의 내측 바로 상부에는 확산부(24) 측벽에 고정된 돌출격판(36)을 형성하며, 상기 확산부(24)의 상부홀(32) 외측에는 상부홀(32)과 연결대(26)로 연결된 안착링(22)으로 각각 이루어진 확산체(20)를 형성하되, 이 확산체(20)를 상기 버너바디(1)의 상면(2)에 고정설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 확산체가 장착된 버너구조.
