Abstract

본 발명은 기화기의 기화실 내측벽에 히터의 내측 표면이 형성되게 설치하여 석유 연소기의 초기 점화시간을 단축하는 석유연소기용 기화기에 관한 것으로, 액화연료를 사용하는 기화기가 설치된 버너에 있어서, 하부에 삽입부를 형성하고, 그 하단에는 히터 접촉부를 형성한 상측포트와; 그 하측에는 일측에 연결단자가 형성된 히터와; 하부중앙에는 홀을 천공하며, 외측 중앙에는 히터안착부가 형성된 하측포트를 각각 형성하되; 상기 하측포트의 삽입 주연부를 상측 포트의 삽입부에 히터를 사이로 위치시켜 삽입 고정한 후, 하측포트의 상단을 용접 고정한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 액화연료를 사용하는 기화기(2)가 설치된 버너에 있어서, 하부에는 삽입부(8)를 형성하고, 그 하단에는 히터 접촉부(10)를 형성한 상측포트(4)와; 그 하측에는 일측에 연결단자(14)가 형성된 히터(12)와; 하부중앙에는 홀(18)을 천공하며, 외측 중앙에는 히터안착부(20)가 형성된 하측포트(16)를 각각 형성하되; 상기 하측포트(16)의 상부 주연부를 상측포트(4)의 삽입부(8)에 히터(12)를 사이로 위치시켜 삽입 고정한 후, 하측포트(16)의 상단을 용접 고정한 것을 특징으로 하는 석유연소기용 기화기.
