Abstract
본 발명은 밸브의 개폐회전력을 감소시키고, 금속시이트를 사용하는 밸브의 폐쇄위치에서 회전개폐부재의 편심으로 인한 시이트 사이의 불균일한 틈새 및 대구경의 버터플라이 밸브에서 높은 유체압력으로 디스크의 끝 부분이 굽어지는 현상으로 이하 틈새를 자동으로보정(補正)하여 유체의 누설(漏泄)을 방지할 수 있도록 하고, 금속시이트 사이에서의 약간이 유체 누설이 있는 경우 시이트 접촉면 사이에서 다단감압(多段減壓)을 시켜 누설량을 극소화 시킴과 아울러, 밸브의 상류측(上流側)의 유체압력방향과는 관계없이 누설을 방지할 수 있도록 한 밸브의 시이트장치에 관한 것이다 이러한 본 발명은 회전개폐부재의 개폐에 따라 유체의 흐름을 조절시켜 주는 밸브에 있어서, 밸브동체의 내주면에 구성되는 시이트면에 성형한 수개의 시이트돌기에 의해 상대시이트를 강력히 밀차하고, 시이트에서의 약간의 누설은 시이트들기 및 감압홈의 다단감압 작용으로 유체의 누설을 극소화 시켜주는 시이트부재(300)와, 상기 시이트부재의 내주연에 감아당기는 조임력에 의해 시이트부재의 내면을 조여 상대시이트와 긴밀한 밀착을 유짓켜 줄 수 있도록 하는 탄성장력봉(500, 510)을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 밸브의 시이트장치이다.The present invention reduces the opening and closing rotational force of the valve, and the end portion of the disk with high fluid pressure in the butterfly valve of large diameter and non-uniform clearance between the sheets due to the eccentricity of the rotary opening and closing member in the closed position of the valve using the metal sheet.
