Abstract

본 발명은 콘베이어롤러의 시일구조에 대해 개시한다. 종래에는 콘베이어 롤러를 지지축에 베어링 결합한후 베어링으로 물기나 이물질의 유입을 방지하도록 래버린스 결하구조를 갖는 롤러인너시일 및 아웃터 시일로 이루어진 롤러시일을 베어링 외측으로 결합시켰으나, 그 효과가 미약했으며 조립공정이 번잡하고 정밀가공을 요하는 등의 비경제적인 문제가 있었다. 본 고안에서는 베어링을 롤러 아웃터시일의 내측에 형성된 보스의 수납부에 베어링을 결합하고롤러시일 외측으로는 립부와 플랜지를 가지는 패킹부재의 제2의 롤러시일을 구비하였으며 하우징과 롤러시일간에는 고무링을 더끼우고, 롤러시일의 래버린스의 외측에 패킹부재의 플랜지에 접촉되는 걸림턱을 형성시켜 다중의 시일구조를 구성함으로써 종래의 문제점을 해결하였다.The present invention discloses a seal structure of a conveyor roller.
