자동 변속기의 클러치 제어를 위해 입력측의 RPM을 기준으로 TCU가 유압을 제어하게 되면 토오크 컨버터에 의한 엔진 RPM과의 차이에 의해 변속 시 충격이 크게 발생됨을 개선하기 위하여, 엔진의 RPM과 드로틀 밸브 개도각 신호를 입력 샤프트 신호와 합하여 현재의 차속 등을 판정하도록 함으로써 변속 쇼크를 감소시킬 수 있게 된다.When the TCU controls the hydraulic pressure based on the RPM of the input side for the clutch control of the automatic transmission, the engine RPM and the throttle valve opening angle are improved in order to improve the impact that occurs during shifting due to the difference from the engine RPM by the torque converter.
