Abstract

본 발명은 공작물의 셋팅키이구조에 관한 것으로, 가공공작물의 요홈에 끼워져 공작물을 고정시키는 원추형상부(2a)와 이 원추형상부(2a)에 일체로 형성되면서 베드(1)의 장착구멍(1b)에 삽입되어 가공공작물을 베드(1)에 셋팅시키는 원기둥형상부(2b)로 이루어진 공작물 셋팅키이에 있어서, 상기 원추형상부(2a)의 외주면과 원기둥형상부(2b)의 길이방향을 따른 표면에 사다리꼴 형상의 공기유입홈(2c)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 구조로 되어, 셋팅키이의 탈장착이 용이한 효과가 있다.

  1. 가공공작물의 요홈에 끼워져 공작물을 고정시키는 원추형상부(2a)와 이 원추형상부(2a)에 일체로 형성되면서 베드(1)의 장착구멍(1b)에 삽입되어 가공공작물을 베드(1)에 세팅시키는 원기둥형상부(2b)로 이루어진 공작물 셋팅키이에 있어서, 상기 원추형상부(2a)의 외주면과 원기둥형상부(2b)의 길이방향을 따른 표면에 사다리꼴 형상의 공기유입홉(2c)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 셋팅키이구조.
