Abstract

본 발명은 베인 펌프에 관한 것으로,더욱 상세하게는 비평형형 로터리베인 펌프에 있어서,로타축의 회전운동을 원활히 하고 펌프 하우징 및 커버의 과도한 마모 및 이상 소음을 저감시키도록 한 것이다.또한 본 발명에서는 펌프의 조립 공차값을 크게 하기 위하여,펌프부하의 변화에 따라서 압력판이 축방향으로 움직일 수 있도록 하여 로타축의 작동을 원활히 하고,로타축과 펌프 하우징 및 커버에서 발생하는 과도한 마모 방지 및 이상 소음을 저감시켜 펌프의 내구성 및 성능을 향상시킴은 물론,펌프의 가공성을 향상시킬 수 있는 로터리 베인 펌프를 제공함에 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to a vane pump, and more particularly, to a non-equilibrium rotary vane pump, which facilitates rotational rotation of the rotatable shaft and reduces excessive wear and abnormal noise of the pump housing and cover.
