본 발명에 의한 로타리 압축기의 토출장치는 실린더 베인 슬롯의 직선부 일측에 토출포트를 형성하고, 상기 토출포트를 개폐하는 개폐부재를 베인의 압축실측에 설치되며, 베인의 직선부의 일단에 상기 개페부재를 열기위한 토출돌기를 형성함으로써, 기존의 압력차이에 의한 개폐작용을 하는 얇은 판형의 리드밸브르 사용하지 않고, 배인의 직선운동에 의해서 정확히 개폐작용을 수행하도록 하여 압력의차이를 이용한 밸브에 의한 밸브 개폐운동의지연으로 발생하는 과압축손실을 근본적으로 줄이므로 고효율을 달성할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고 기존의 리드형 밸브의 개폐작용시의 스토퍼나 밸브포트에 대한 충격 때문에 발생하는 다음에 의한 소음을 근본적으로 개선하여 저소음을 달성하도록 하였다.In the discharge apparatus of the rotary compressor according to the present invention, a discharge port is formed at one side of the linear part of the cylinder vane slot, and an opening / closing member for opening and closing the discharge port is provided at the compression chamber side of the vane, and the opening member is formed at one end of the linear part of the vane.
