본 발명은 자동변속기 오일의 온도 상승을 방지하기 위한 것으로, 특히 자동변속기 오일온도를 검출하여 상기 자동변속기 오일온도가 규정온도 이상인 경우에는 냉각장치 중 냉각팬을 작동시키는 동시에 현재의 자동변속기 모드를 가속성능이 작은 모드로 변환시켜서 자동변속기 오일의 냉각효과를 증대시켜서 자동변속기 오일온도가 규정온도 이상으로 상승되는 것을 방지함으로 자동변속기를 보호하기 위한 것으로, 라디에이터(3)에서 배출되는 냉각수온도가 소정의 제한수온(T1) 이상인 경우 전동모터(4)를 회전시켜서 냉각팬(5)을 작동시키는 엔진제어부(10)와, 변속형태가 서로 상이한 변속모드를 선택하기 위해 사용자가 조작하는 자동변속기 모드스위치(SW1) 및 변속단을 선택하기 위해 사용자가 조작하는 변속기 레버 위치 스위치(SW2)로부터의 사용자 입력에 따라 변속기를 제어하는 자동변속기 제어부(20)에 있어서, 라디에이터(3)를 통과한 자동변속기 오일온도를 검출하는 오일온도센서(30)를 추가하여 구성되며, 상기 자동변속기 제어부(20)는 상기 오일온도센서(30)로부터 입력되는 자동변속기 오일온도가 소정의 제한유온(T2) 이상으로 상승되면(오일온도≥T2), 상기 자동변속기 모드스위치(SW1)로부터 입력된 자동변속기 모드를 가속성능이 낮은 자동변속기 모드로 강제변환시키고 상기 엔진제어부(10)에 냉각팬 작동신호(S)를 출력하고, 또한 상기 소정의 제한유온(T2) 이상으로 상승된 오일온도가 소정의 제한유온(T2) 보다 낮아지면 자동변속기 모드스위치(SW1)로부터 입력된 자동변속기 모드에 따라 변속기를 제어하고 상기 냉각팬 작동신호(S)의 출력을 정지시키며, 상기 엔진제어부(10)는 냉각수온이 소정의 제한수온(T1) 이상인 동안 또는 상기 자동변속기 제어부(20)로부터 냉각팬 작동신호(S)가 인가되는 동안 전동모터(4)를 작동시켜서 냉각팬(5)을 회전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기 과열방지장치이다.The present invention is to prevent the temperature rise of the automatic transmission oil, in particular, when the automatic transmission oil temperature is detected and the automatic transmission oil temperature is higher than the prescribed temperature, while operating the cooling fan of the cooling system at the same time accelerates the current automatic transmission mode It is to protect the automatic transmission by preventing the automatic transmission oil temperature from rising above the prescribed temperature by increasing the cooling effect of the automatic transmission oil by converting the mode to a small performance mode, and the cooling water temperature discharged from the radiator 3 is predetermined.
