본 발명은 디젤 엔진에서 배출되는 입자상 물질을 유얼 타입의 후처리장치를 통해 효과적으로 제거하여 신뢰성 및 성능을 향상시킬 수 있게 하는 디젤 매연 후처리장치의 제어방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 초기화이후 차속과 부하를 감지함과 더불어 항벽 맵데이타를 독출한 후 필터전 압력을 감지하여 필터전 압력이 설정압력보다 높으며 재생동작을 수행하고, 재생동작을 수행하는 단계는 히터를 온시키고 이로부터 히터온도와 필터 온도를 감지하여 필터온도가 1200℃보다 높거나 히터온도가 450℃보다 낮으면 히터를 오프시킨후, 일정시간을 경과한 다음 필터온도가 1200℃보다 낮고 히터온도가 430℃보다 낮으면 히터를 다시 온시킨 상태에서 일정시간 경과후 이를 제1설정치와 비교하는 단계, 상기 비교결과 제1설정치가 낮다고 판단되면 다시 제2설정치와 비교하여 제2설정치보다 낮다고 판단되면 히터온도와 필터온도를 감지하여 필터온도가 1200℃보다 높거나 히터 온도가 660℃보다 낮으면 히터를 오프시킨후, 일정 시간을 경과한 다음 필터온도가 1200℃보다 낮고 히터온도가 630℃보다 낮으면 히터를 다시 온시킨 상태에서 일정심간 경과후 이를 다시 제2설정치과 비교하는 단계로 이루어진 발명임.The present invention relates to a control method of a diesel particulate aftertreatment apparatus which can effectively remove the particulate matter discharged from a diesel engine through an after-treatment apparatus to improve reliability and performance.
