Abstract

밸브 스프링을 가압하기 위하여 설치하는 작업시간을 단축시켜 줌으로써, 작업성을 보다 향상시킬 수 있도록 하는데에 있고, 또한 밸브 스프링을 가압할 때 작업자의 피로가 보다 감소될 수 있도록 하는데에 있는 것으로 그 구조는, 실린더 헤드에 고정이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 된 스텐드를 하부에 형성하고 있는 칼럼과, 상기 칼럼의 전면에 위치하여 상, 하로 이동하면서 밸브 스프링을 가압할 수 있도록 된 레이크와, 상기 레이크에 결합되면서 상, 하로 작동할 수 있도록 작용력을 제공하는 실린더와, 상기 실린더와 연결을 이루면서 압축공기를 공급하는 콤퓨레서로 구성된 자동차용 밸브 스프링 가압장치를 제공하는데에 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 실린더 헤드에 고정이 용이하게 이루어질수 있도록 된 스텐드(6)를 하부에 형성하고 있는 칼럼(4)과, 상기 칼럼(4)의 전면에 위치하여 상, 하로 이동하면서 밸브 스프링(10)을 가압할수 있도록 된 레이크(12)와, 상기 레이크(12)의 상부에 설치되어 작용력을 제공하는 실린더(18)와, 상기 실린더(18)와 연결을 이루면서 압축공기를 공급하는 콤퓨레서(26)로 구성되는 자동차용 밸브 스프링 가압장치
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콤퓨레서(26)와 실린더(18) 사이에 위치하면서 공급되는 공기가 항시 일정한 압을 유지할 수 있도록 하는 에어탱크(24)가 설치된 자동차용 밸브 스프링 가압장치
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에어탱크(24)와 실린더(18) 사이에, 공급되는 압축공기를 공급 또는 차단시키는 스위치(22)가 설치된 자동차용 밸브 스프링 가압장치
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 칼럼(4)의 전면에 내측으로 가이드 홈(8)을 형성하고, 동시에 상기 가이드 홈(8)에 삽입되어 상, 하로 이동하는 슬라이더(14)가 상기 레이크(12)의 후미에 형성된 자동차용 밸브 스프링 가압장치.
