Abstract
본 발명은 자동차 키 실린더에 관한 것으로, 특히 키 실린더를 회동시킬 때 키 실린더의 외통과 내통이 같이 회전하는 것을 방지하기 위하여 실린더 케이스와 외통의 걸림돌부를 개선한 자동차 키 실린더에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 자동차키를 오래 사용하다 보면 키 자체가 마모되어 처음과 같이 잘 맞지 않는 경우가 있는데, 이러한 자동차 키를 가지고 억지로 몇번 사용하다 보면 고정되어 있어야 할 키 실린더의 내통이 같이 움직이는 문제가 발생되었다. 본 발명은 키 실린더의 외통(10) 상,하부에 양측으로 경사면(44)을 갖는 삼각걸림돌부(46)를 형성하고, 삼각걸림돌부(46)와 접하는 스냅링 고정홈(34) 일측에 경사부(48)를 형성하여 이루어지는 것으로, 삼각걸림돌부(46)가 스냅링걸림홈(34)에 위치하도록 하고, 탄성부(36)가 형성된 스냅링(38)을 걸착시키면, 삼각걸림돌부(46)의 경사면(44)에 압착되어지고 있는 스냅링(38)의 압착력이 경사면(44)과 경사부(48)로 전달되어 발생된 마찰력에 의해 키 실린더 외통(10)은 견고하게 고정되어 내통(12)이 회전하더라도 외통(10)은 고정되어지는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
