Abstract
본 발명은 알미늄샷시에 전착도료를 전착하도록 하는 도장방법에 관한 것으로 종래에는 도장방법으로 제품 표면에 칼라를 도장하였으나 균일한 제품을 제고하지 못하고 부착력이 약하여 쉽게 박리되는 결점이 있었다. 따라서 본 고안은 40-300㎛의 볼 사이즈를 갖고 제품표면을 전 처리하는 과정과, 에칭 첨가제를 이용하여 제품 표면을 조정하는 에칭과정과, 황, 인산 전해공법으로 전해 인공산화피막(Al2O3)처리하는 전해과정과, 전해된 제품의 표면에 수용성 전착특수 칼라를 전착(ED)하는 전착과정을 거치며, 수용성 전착특수칼라는 전착전압이 150-200V 이며, 전착시간은 2~5분, 전착온도는 20~26℃,pH는 7.5~8.5의 조건으로 전착하여 자외선 변화 또는 투과가 없고 부착성이 뛰어나며 긁히지 않는 것이다.The present invention relates to a coating method for electrodepositing an electrodeposition paint on aluminum sash, but in the related art, a color is coated on the surface of a product by a coating method, but there is a drawback that the product is easily peeled off due to weak adhesive strength.
