Abstract

탄화물을 형성하는 합금원소의 함량에 따라 탄소량을 조절하여 종래와는 달리 응고시 생성되는 공정탄화물로서 안정상인 M6C 보다는 준안정상인 M2C가 생성되게 함으로써 단조성과 인성 등 기계적 성질이 보다 우수한 몰리브데늄계 고속도공구강을 제조한다.

제1도는 탄소량에 따라 제조된 몰리브데늄계 고속도공구강의 미세조직을 보여주는 광학현미경 사진으로서, (가)는 탄소량이 0.15%인 경우의 몰리브데늄계 고속도공구강의 미세조직, (나)는 탄소량이 1.25%인 경우의 몰리브데늄계 고속도공구강의 미세조직를 나타낸다.

Claims (1)

  1. 탄화물을 형성하는 합금원소의 양에 따라 탄소량을 0.06316W(중량%)+0.09323V(중량%)+0.04616Cr(중량%)+0.2%로 조절함으로써 공정탄화물로 안정상인 M6C 억제하고 준안정상인 M2C가 생성시키는 몰리브데늄계 고속도공구강을 제조방법.
