본 발명은 강관형 자동차문 보강재의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 강의 합금성분계, 열연조건 및 열처리조건들을 적절히 제어함에 의해 인장강도 120kg/㎟ 이상의 고강도를 확보함과 동시에 저온에서의 충격인성이 우수한 강관형 자동차문 보강재의 제조방법을 제공하고자 하는데 고 목적이 있다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 발명은 중량%로, C:0.1-0.2%, Si:0.5%이하, Mn:1.0-1.8%, P:0.025%이하, S:0.010% 이하, Al:0.02-0.10%, Cr:0.1-0.5%, Ti:0.05% 이하, B:0.0015-0.0050%, Ni:0.50-1.50%, 나머지:Fe 및 불가피한 불순물로 조성되는 강을 열간압하여 850-900℃의 온도범위에서 마무리하고 수냉하여 권취한 다음, 이를 조관하여 자동차문 보강재를 성형한 후 900-950℃의 온도범위로 가열한 후 수냉하고 200-300℃의 온도범위에서 소려하여 저온인성이 우수한 고강도 강관형 자동차문 보강재의 제조방법에 관한 것을 그 요지로 한다.The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a steel pipe-type automobile door reinforcement, by securing the high strength of the tensile strength of 120kg / ㎜ or more by appropriately controlling the alloy composition system, hot rolling conditions and heat treatment conditions of the steel and at the same time excellent in toughness at low temperatures The purpose is to provide a method of manufacturing a car door reinforcement.
