Abstract
본 발명은 포트랜드시멘트 100 중량부에 대해, 모노칼슘알루미네이트 (CaOㆍAl2O3)광물의 함량이 50∼80 중량% 및 게레나이트 광물을 20∼50 중량% 함유한 알루미나 시멘트를 5∼50 중량부, 분말도가 blaine 3,000∼8,000㎠/g의 범위로 분쇄, 분급된 무수석고를 5∼50 중량부, 입경 0.3mm 이상인 입자가 5중량%, 입경 0.1mm 이하인 입자가 10 중량% 이하로 함유된 골재 100∼200 중량부로 이루어진 4성분계 상 조성물 100 중량부에 대해; 2∼10 중량부의 분산제, 보수제 및 소포제로 구성된 혼화제 조성물; 5∼50 중량부의 시멘트 혼화용 합성고무를 디스퍼전한 폴리머를 혼합하여 제조된 합성고분자-시멘트계 자기평탄성 상 조성물에 것이다.The present invention is based on 100 parts by weight of Portland cement, 5 to 50 alumina cement containing a monocalcium aluminate (CaO.Al 2 O 3 ) mineral content of 50 to 80% by weight and 20 to 50% by weight of a gurenaite mineral 5 to 50 parts by weight of anhydrous gypsum pulverized and classified in the range of parts by weight and powder degree of blaine 3,000 to 8,000 cm 2 / g, 5% by weight of particles having a particle diameter of 0.3 mm or more, and 10% by weight or less of particles having a particle size of 0.1 mm or less.
