Abstract
본 발명은 컨베이어 시스템(Conveyer system)에 관한 것으로서, 제1 전동기, 제2 전동기, 구동 회로부, 체인(Chain) 및 가이드 레일을 갖춘 컨베이어 시스템에 있어서, 상기 제1 전동기 및 제2 전동기 주위에는, 상기 체인의 인장 상태를 자동 조정하는 제1 자동 체인 조절 기구 및 제2 자동 체인 조절 기구가 각각 부착되고, 상기 제1 자동 체인 조절 기구에는, 체인 상태를 감지할 수 있은 가변 저항기가 기구적으로 결합되어 있으며, 상기 구동 회로부는, 기준 전압을 발생시키는 기준 전압부; 상기 기준 전압에 의거하여 비례 설정 전압을 발생시키는 비례 설정부; 상기 비례 설정 전압에 의거한 주파수의 전압을 발생시킴으로써 상기 제1 전동기를 구동시키는 제1 인버터; 상기 비례 설정 전압 및 상기 가변 저항기의 저항값에 의거하여 PID(비례-적분-미분) 설정 전압을 발생시키는 PID 설정부; 및 상기 PID 설정 전압에 의거한 주파수의 출력 전압을 발생시킴으로써 상기 제2 전동기를 구동시키는 제2 인버터; 를 갖춘 것을 그 특징으로 하여, 체인의 고장 확률을 줄이고, 체인의 변화량에 대한 속도 제어를 할 수 있으며, 사용되는 전동기 기종의 범위를 넓힐 수 있다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
