Abstract

본 발명은 연료탱크 상승장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 자동차에 부착되는 연료탱크의 이송을 상승장치에 의해 간편하게 할 수 있는 연료탱크 상승장치에 관한 것으로, 실린더(14)가 고정되는 지지대(12,12a) 상부로 안내홈(22)을 갖는 레일(22)이 구비된 상판(20)이 실린더축(16)에 고정되고, 상판(20)의 상부로는 연료탱크 받침대(30)가 얹혀지고 하부로는 안내레일 축(36)에 회전될 수 있도록 고정된 안내레일(34)이 상기 레일(22)을 안내홈923)에 끼워져 안내될 수 있도록 한 것이다. 이와 같이 공급장치와 서브장치에서 공급되는 연료탱크를 본 발명인 상승장치를 이용하여 자동차에 간편하게 장착시키므로서 이송을 간편하게 하고 장착작업이 간편하며 인원절감의 효과를 제공하는 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 연료탱크를 공급에서 부터 자동차에 장착하기 까지의 전체적인 상태를 보인 사시도.
제2도는 본 발명의 상승장치를 나타내는 전체사시도.
제3도는 본 발명의 연료탱크 받침대가 이동되는 상태를 도시한 일부절개 단면도.
제4도는 본 발명 공급장치가 이동되면서 자동차에 연료탱크를 장착하는 상태를 도시한 도면.
제5도(a,b,c)는 본 발명의 공급장치로 연료탱크를 이동시켜 장착하는 상태를 전체적으로 도시한 개략도.

Claims (3)

  1. 하부로 공급장치 바퀴(18)가 구비되고 중앙으로 실린더축(16)을 갖는 실린더(14)가 고정되는 지지대(12,12a)상부로 안내홈(34)을 갖는 레일(22)이 구비된 상판(20)이 상기 실린더축(16)에 고정되고 상기 상판(20)하부 양측으로는 상판 안내봉(24)이 지지대(12,12a)에 끼워져 안내되도록 하였으며 상판(20)의 상부로는 연료탱크 받침대바퀴(32)를 갖는 연료탱크 받침대(30)가 얹혀지고 하부로는 안내레일 축(36)에 회전될 수 있도록 고정된 안내레일(34)이 상기 레일(22)을 안내홈(23)에 끼워져 안내될 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크 상승장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지대(12) 일측으로 상판(20)을 상하작동 시킬 수 있는 발판(50,50a)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크 상승장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지대(12a)타측으로 상승장치(10)가 얹혀있는 이동장치(4)를 전후로 작동 시킬 수 있는 발판(40,40a)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료탱크 상승장치.
