본 발명은 자동차용 스포일러에 관한 것으로서 종래에는 뒷 유리창으로 조사되는 햇빛을 차단하기 위하여 별도의 햇빛가리개를 구매하여 설치하였으나 이는 비용이 추가되는 것이며, 뒷유리창에 햇빛가리개가 부착 되어 있어 운전자가 룸미러를 통하여 후방차량의 움직임을 주시하는데, 불편하였고 또한 우천시에 뒷유리창에 설치된 와이퍼를 사용함에 따른 전기적 손실이 있었다. 따라서 본 발명은 자동차용 스포일러(10)를 구성함에 있어서 스포일러본체(20)에는 삽지홈(22)을 형성하여 제1보조스포일러(30)가 상기 삽지홈(22)으로 출입되도록 하고, 제1보조스포일러(30)에도 삽지홈(32)을 형성하여 제2보조스포일러(40)가 제1보조스포일러(30)의 삽지홈(32)으로 출입되도록 하여 스포일러(10)가 다단식으로 절첩되도록 한 것으로서 이와같은 본 발명은 햇빛이 강하게 비출때나 우천시 다단식으로 된 스포일러(10)를 펴쳐 사용함으로써 햇빛과 빗물을 차단시켜 별도의 햇빛가리개를 구매할 필요가 없어 비용이 절감되는 것을 물론 빗물로 인하여 뒷유리창의 시야가 가려지는 것을 방지할 수가 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to a spoiler for an automobile, and in the related art, a separate sun shader has been purchased and installed to block sunlight irradiated to the rear window, but this is an additional cost, and a sun shader is attached to the rear windshield so that the driver is a room mirror.
