Abstract
본 발명은 자동차의 전면유리(front glass)의 직하부에 설치되는 카울그릴 (cowl grill)로부터 엔진실의 배프(baffle)로의 누수가 발생되지 않도록 하는 자동차 카울그릴의 누수대응구조에 관한 것으로, 종래구조에 있어서는 별도의 배플커버(80 ′)를 제작하여 전방카울(90 ′)및 대쉬멤버(60 ′)에 부착하여야 하므로 부품비용과 조립비용이 많이 들게 되고, 그에 따라 자동차의 원가상승을 유발하게 되는 문제가 있었던 바, 전면유리(10)의 내하단부를 지지하는 대쉬멤버(60)의 선단에 연장부(61)를 형성하고, 이 연장부(61)의 상단에 카울그릴(30)에 밀착되는 수직절곡부(62)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 본 발명에 의하면 별도의 배플커버를 구비하지 않아도 되므로 그의 제작비용이나 조립비용이 들지 않게 되어 자동차의 원가를 크게 절감할 수 있게 될 뿐 아니라 자동차의 구조 단순화에도 크게 기여할 수있게 된다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
