Abstract

본 발명은 소음차단을 위한 자동차의 타이로드 엔드 구조에 관한 것으로, 종래 주행중 바퀴를 통한 노이즈(Noise)가 너클암, 타이로드 엔드, 타이로드, 조향기어, 조향축, 조향휠을 통해서 차량실내로 유입되어 운전자가 쾌적한 상태에서 운전을 하지 못하는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서 본 발명은 타이로드 엔드(100)의 타이로드 결합부(120)의 표면에 흡음재(Noise absorber)(200)를 설치하고, 타이로드 결합부(120)의 체결홈(121)과 표면과의 두께에 흡음재(200)를 매설하여 구성한 것으로, 이 흡음재에 의해 노이즈를 차단하여 운전자에게 쾌적한 운전환경을 제공할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 조향장치의 타이로드 엔드의 타이로드 결합부 표면과 내부에 흡음재(Noise absorber)를 성치하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 소음차단을 위한 자동차의 타이로드 엔드 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡음재는 고무로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 소음차단을 위한 자동차의 타이로드 엔드 구조.
