Abstract

본 발명은 전면판넬 일체형 에어백장치에 관한 것으로 특히 에어백의 장착구조를 변형하여 A/S시 전면판넬 전체를 갈아야 하는 불편을 해결하고, 에어백의 오장착에 의한 가부분간의 단차 및 갭의 발생을 방지하여 제품의 외관품질을 향상시켜줄 수 있도록 한 것으로서, 전면판넬의 판넬코어부와 직접 마운팅되어 에어백을 장착하는 에어백어셈블리와, 상기 에어백어셈블리에 리벳팅 결합하는 에어백도어와, 상기 에어백도어의 하단부에서 에어백 동작시 파단되는 힌지를 구성한 것이다.

  1. 전면판넬의 판넬코어부와 직접 마운팅되어 에어백을 장착하는 에어백어셈블리와, 상기 에어백어셈블리에 리벳팅 결합되는 에어백도어와, 상기 에어백도어의 하단부에서 에어백 동작시 파단되는 힌지를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전면판넬 일체형 에어백장치.
