Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 전, 후방에 장착되는 범퍼에 가해지는 큰 충격력을 급속히 흡수하여 차체에 전달되는 충격력을 감소시킨 유압식 범퍼 조립체에 관한 것으로, 종방향 프런트패널(3)의 전면부에 고정되는 실리더(6)와 피스톤(5)으로 형성된 유압식 쇽업소버와, 상기 피스톤(5)의 노출된 끝단에 부착되어 완충작용을 하는 알루미늄 임팩트 빔(4)과, 상기 알루미늄임팩트 빔(4)을 감싸며 차량의 바디에 고정된 범퍼(1)를 구비하여 유압식 범퍼조립체를 구성한다. 이러한 유압식 범퍼조립체가 차량에 채용될 경우에 범퍼에 작용되는 큰 충격력에 대해서 알루미늄 빔의 조기변형과 유압식 쇽업소버의 압축작용으로 충격에너지를 급속히 감속시켜 탑승자를 안전하게 보호해 주는 잇점이 있다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a hydraulic bumper assembly which rapidly absorbs a large impact force applied to bumpers mounted at the front and rear of a vehicle, thereby reducing the impact force transmitted to the vehicle body. A hydraulic shock absorber formed of a leader 6 and a piston 5, an aluminum impact beam 4 attached to the exposed end of the piston 5 to cushion the air, and the aluminum impact beam 4 surrounding the vehicle. A hydraulic bumper assembly is provided by having a bumper 1 fixed to a body of the hydraulic bumper assembly. When such a hydraulic bumper assembly is employed in a vehicle, an early deformation of the aluminum beam and a compression action of the hydraulic shock absorber rapidly reduce the impact energy to protect the occupant.
