Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 범퍼취부용 스테이 구조에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 비드의 형성 작업이 매우 힘이 들고 불편한 문제점이 발생했었다. 따라서 본 발명에서는, 구멍(112)(113)을 갖는 플렌지(114)(115)가 상하몸체(110)(111)의 후방 양편으로 절곡 형성되고, 상면에는 경사부(119)를 형성하여 된 차량의 범퍼취부용 스테이(100) 구조에 있어서, 상기 상부몸체(110)를 하부몸체(111)에 끼워 용접 결합할 수 있도록 플렌지(114)(115)의 하부에 절곡부(116)(117)를 마련하고, 양측면에는 하나의 충격흡수용 비드(118)을 형성하고, 상기 경사부(119)는 높이가 h'가 되게 형성하여 된 것으로, 스테이의 상하부몸체에 형성되는 경사부를 높여줌으로써 그 자체의 충격흡수강도가 향상되므로 비드를 하나만 형성시킴에 따라 작업성을 향상시킬 수 있게 된 발명이다.The present invention relates to a bumper mounting stay structure of a vehicle.
