Abstract

본 발명은 사이드 실부 전장 와이어링 모듈화구조에 관한 것으로서, 인너패널 일측면에 와이어링이 센터 플로워 패널과의 간섭을 방지시킬수 있도록 절곡부가 절곡형성되고, 절곡부 외측면에는 와이어링의 형상을 유지시키는 프로텍터가 밀착되며, 프로텍터와 센터 플로워 패널 상면에 깔려진 플로워 매트 및 와이어링이 일체로 모듈화되어 커넥터로 연결됨으로써, 플로워 매트를 고정시키기 위한 별도의 부품이 삭제되어 부품수 및 원가가 절감되고, 센터플로워 패널을 쉽게 통과할 뿐만 아니라, 작업공정 및 시간이 단축되며 특히 외관의 미려를 향상시킬 수 있다.

제1도는 종래의 본 발명에 따른 사이드 실부 전장 와이어링 모듈화구조를 나타낸 사시도이다.
제2도는 제1도에 나타낸 와이어링 모듈화구조의 A-A 단면도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 사이드부와 리어부에 설치된 점등장치 및 트랜스미션 컨트롤 유니트 등에 전기를 공급시키기 위한 와이어링을 장착시키는 사이드 실에 있어서, 인너패널 일측면에 일체로 절곡형성되어 와이어링과 센터 플로워 패널과의 간섭을 방지시키는 절곡부와; 상기 절곡부 외측면에 밀착되어 와이링의 형상을 유지시키는 프로텍터와; 상기 프로텍터와 센터 플로워 패널 상면에 깔려진 플로워 매트 및 와이어링이 일체로 모듈화되어 커넥터로 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 사이드 실부 전장 와이어링 모듈화구조.
