Abstract
본 발명은 차량용 시트의 등받이에 관한 것으로, 종래의 차량용 시트의 등받이는 측면충격에 대한 안전대책이 마련되어 있지 않아 측면충격이 등받이가 횡방향으로 밀리면서 프레임이 찌그러져 승객을 보호할 수 없는 문제가 있었다. 본 발명은 예시도면 제 2도와 같이 등받이(10)의 골격을 지지하는 프레임(12)과 쿠션기능을 갖는 스프링(14)으로 이루어진 차량용 시트의 등받이에 있어서, 상기 프레임(12)이 측방향에 대한 관성모멘트를 크게 할 수있는 타원형상이나 직사각형상으로 이루어지며, 보강파이프(16)가 횡방향 변형을 줄일 수 있도록 상기 프레임(12)사이의 횡방향으로 설치된 것이다. 따라서 본 발명에 따르면 횡방향에 대한 프레임의 저향력을 증대시켜 구조적으로 취약한 차량의 측면충격의 안전성을 보완함으로써 승객의 상해를 최소화하고 보호할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.The present invention relates to a backrest of a vehicle seat, and the backrest of a conventional seat is not provided with a safety measure against side impact, so that the side impact is pushed in the lateral direction and the frame is crushed, thereby preventing the passenger from being protected. .
