Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 에어덕트 조립구조에 관한 것으로, 인스트루먼트 판넬(1)의 에어 덕트 조립면(1a)에 길이방향을 따라 일정간격을 두고 고정리브(6)가 부착됨과 더불어 이 고정리브(6)에 에어덕트(3)의 플랜지(3a)가 끼워져서 조립되되, 상기 고정리브(6)가 에어덕트(3)의 플랜지(3a)를 측방향이나 혹은 상방향에서 끼울수 있도록 개구되게 2개의 반화살표형상부(6a)가 연결리브(6b)를 매개로 연결된 형상으로 이루어져, 에어덕트의 조립작업이 용이하게 되고, 기밀을 적절히 유지할 수 있게 된다.

제3도는 종래 기술에 따른 에어덕트와 인스트루먼트 판넬의 조립부위 확대도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 인스트루먼트 판넬(1)의 에어 덕트 조립면(1a)에 길이방향을 따라 일정간격을 두고 고정리브(6)가 부착됨과 더불어 이 고정리브(6)에 에어덕트(3)의 플랜지(3a)가 끼워져서 조립되도록 된 자동차의 에어덕트 조립구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정리브(6)가 에어덕트(3)의 플랜지(3a)를 측방향이나 혹은 상방향에서 끼울수 있도록 개구되게 2개의 반화살표 형상부(6a)가 연결리브(6b)를 매개로 연결된 형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 에어덕트 조립구조.
