Abstract
냉매의 유압이 높아지거나 낮아지는 경우에 온/오프되는 유압 스위치(OSW)와, 상기한 유압 스위치가 온되는 경우에, 즉 냉매의 작동압력이 일정치 이상으로 높아진 경우에 솔레노이드 밸브가 다단계로 순차적으로 닫히도록 하고, 상기한 유압 스위치가 오프되는 경우에, 즉 냉매의 작동압력이 일정치 이하로 낮아진 경우에 솔레노이드 밸브가 다단계로 순차적으로 열리도록 하기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 마이크로 컨트롤러(10)와, 상기한 마이크로 컨트롤러로부터 입력되는 신호에 따라 동작됨으로써 냉매의 작동 압력을 조절하는 솔레노이드 밸브(20)를 포함하여 이루어지며, 컴프레셔에 인가되는 유체의 압력(부하)이 급격하게 변동되지 않도록 함으로써 엔진의 출력을 일정하게 유지시킬 수 있는 효과를 가진 부하변동을 방지한 자동차의 에어컨 제어장치 및 그 방법을 제공한다.The hydraulic switch (OSW) which is turned on / off when the hydraulic pressure of the refrigerant is increased or lowered, and the solenoid valve is sequentially multi-stage when the hydraulic switch is turned on, that is, when the operating pressure of the refrigerant is raised above a certain value.
