Abstract
본 발명은 자동차의 현가 장치에서 스프링 상수를 2단으로 가변할 수 있게하여 차령의 승차감 및 조종안정성을 향상시킨 전자제어 현가장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an electronically controlled suspension device capable of varying the spring constant in two stages in a suspension device of an automobile, thereby improving ride comfort and steering stability of the vehicle.
종래의 감쇄력 가변식 쇽 업쇼바를 사용한 현가장치에서는 급격한 핸들링 조작시 차체의 변위가 충분하게 저하되지 않게되어 안정된 핸들링이 이루어지지 않게 되는 문제가 있었으며, 쇽 업쇼바(6)는 코일스프링(3)과 같이 공진주파수와 진폭을 조정하는 기능이 없으므로 쇽업쇼바의 감쇄력 조절만으로는 안락한 승차감을 제공함에 부족함이 있게 되는 문제가 있었으나, 본 발명에서는 주행상태에 따라 차체 자세 제어에 실질적인 영향을 미치는 코일스프링의 스프링 정수가 제어되도록 하여 항상 안락한 승차감과 주행 안정성을 가지도록 하였다.In the suspension system using the conventional damping force variable shock absorber, the displacement of the vehicle body does not sufficiently decrease during the sudden handling operation, and thus the stable handling cannot be achieved.
