Abstract

본 발명은 전기변색 표시소자의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 전기 변색 특성을 나타내는 전기변색 물질과 고체전해질을 혼합하고, 자외선 에폭시와 스페이서를 혼합한 물질을 최종적으로 혼합하여 상하부기판 사이에 형성시켜 전기변색 표시소자를 제조함으로써, 전기변색 소자의 효율을 높이고 종래의 전기변색 표시소자에서 발생하던 주울열로 인한 디바이스의 탈착현상을 방지하여 장수명의 전기변색 표시 소자를 제조할 수 있다.

제1도는 종래의 전기변색 표시소자를 나타낸 사시도.
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 제조방법에 의해 제조된 전기변색 표시소자를 나타낸 사시도.

Claims (3)

  1. 전기변색물질과 고체전해질을 혼합하고, 자외선 에폭시와 스페이서를 혼합시키고, 상기 혼합물들을 열처리를 통하여 점성을 낮추는 단계와 상기 전기변색물질과 고체전해질 혼합물과 상기 에폭시와 스페이서 혼합물을 혼합하는 단계와, 상기 점성이 낮은 최종 혼합물을 투명전극이 코팅된 상하부 기판중 한기판에 드롭 캐스팅한 후, 다른 기판을 접합시켜 전기변색 디바이스를 제조하는 단계와, 상기 완성된 디바이스를 열처리를 통해 건조시키는 단계와, 상기 상하부기판의 투명전극들에 전원을 연결하는 단계를 포함하는 전기변색 표시소자의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기변색 물질은 폴리아닐린(Polyaniline), 폴리파이롤(Polypyrrole), 폴리다이오펜(Polythiopene)등의 전도성 고분자를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기변색 표시소자의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고체전해질로 Poly(2-acrylamido-2-methyl anesulfonic acid)를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기변색 표시소자의 제조방법.
