Abstract

본 발명은 손잡이에 장착되어 모터의 고흡입력으로 흡입브러쉬가 청소면에 밀착되어 청소작업이 이루어지지 않는 경우, 외부공기를 유입시켜 고흡입력을 제거시킴으로서 흡입브러쉬의 원활한 작동에 의한 청소작업의 효율화를 이룰수 있는 진공청소기의 흡입력조절버튼에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은, 손잡이에 형성된 구멍내에서 상, 하로 동작하도록 위치되는 누름버튼; 상기 누름버튼의 하단부에 회전가능하도록 연결되는 레버를 갖추고, 상기 레버의 중간 부분이 손잡이의 내측리브에 회전가능하도록 연결되는 연결부재; 상기 레버의 타측단부에 회전가능하도록 연결되어 손잡이의 공기통로 상부벽에 형성된 구멍을 개폐시키는 덮개;및, 상기 누름버튼을 항상 상부측으로 밀착시키도록 손잡이의 내측에 장착된 탄성스프링;을 포함하는 진공청소기의 흡입력조정버튼을 제공한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 진공청소기의 모터에 의하여 흡입브러쉬(115)에 과도한 흡입력이 형성되는 것을 방지하기 위한 흡입력조절장치에 있어서, 손잡이(117)에 형성된 구멍(10)내에서 상, 하로 동작하도록 위치되는 누름버튼(12), 상기 누름버튼(12)의 하단부에 회전가능하도록 연결되는 레버(27)를 갖추고, 상기 레버(27)의 중간부분이 손잡이(117)의 내측리브(30)에 회전가능하도록 연결되는 연결부재(25); 상기 레버(27)의 타측단부에 회전가능하도록 연결되어 손잡이(117)의 공기통로(P) 상부벽에 형성된 구멍(32)을 개폐시키는 덮개(40);및, 상기 누름버튼(10)을 항상 상부측으로 밀착시키도록 손잡이(117)의 내측에 장착된 탄성스프링(20);을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 진공청소기의 흡입력조정버튼.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 누름버튼(12)은 상단부에 외경확장부(12a)를 갖추어 손잡이(117)내로의 과도한 삽입이 방지되고, 하단부에는 돌기(12b)를 갖추어 탄성스프링(20)의 상단부가 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 진공청소기의 흡입력조정버튼.
