Abstract

본 발명은 진공청소기의 본체 내부에 장착되는 모터(motor)의 외부를 감싸는 흡음방에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 구동실의 모터를 내부에 포함하여 일체형으로 구성하고, 두개의 부품으로 조립결합되는 흡음방의 부품 조립작업시에 보다 정확하고, 신속한 조립결합으로 작업생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 조립이 용이한 흡음방구조에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 모터의 팬외함부를 감싸고, 흡기구가 선단부에 형성되며, 외부면에 형성되는 상, 하부 돌출리브를 갖추고, 상기 상, 하부 돌출리브에는 외측면에 나사구멍을 갖춘 상, 하부 체결플랜지가 형성된 전방케이싱(20);과, 상기 상, 하부 돌출리브에 일대일 결합하는 또다른 상, 하부 돌출리브를 외부면에 형성하고, 상기 전방케이싱의 상, 하부 체결플랜지와 동일한 위치를 갖고, 또 다른 나사구멍을 외측면에 갖춘 상, 하부 체결플랜지를 형성한 후방케이싱;을 포함함을 특징으로하는 조립이 용이한 흡음방구조를 제공한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 먼지와 이물질을 여과하는 먼지봉투(138)를 내부에 갖춘 집진실과, 흡입력을 발생시키는 모터(140)를 내장한 진공청소기에 있어서, 상기 모터(140)의 팬외함부(140a)를 감싸고, 흡기구(29)가 선단부에 형성되머, 외부면에 형성되는 상, 하부 돌출리브(21),(22)를 갖추고, 상기 상, 하부 돌출리브(21),(22)에는 외측면에 나사구멍(23a),(24a)을 갖춘 상, 하부 체결플랜지(23),(24)가 형성된 전방케이싱(20);과, 상기 상, 하부 돌출리브(21),(22)에 일대일 결합하는 또다른 상, 하부 돌출리브(31),(32)를 외부면에 형성하고, 상기 전방케이싱(30)의 상, 하부 체결플랜지(23),(24)와 동일한 위치를 갖고, 또다른 나사구멍(33a),(34a)을 외측면에 갖춘 상,하부체결플랜지(33),(34)를 형성한 후방케이싱(30);을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조립이 용이한 흡음방구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전,후방케이싱(20),(30)의 각 외부면에 형성된 상부 돌출리브(21),(31)는 하부면에 형성된 하부돌출리브(22),(32)와 상이한 외형구조를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 조립이 용이한 흡음방구조.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전방케이싱의 상부 체결플랜지는 후방케이싱의 상부 체결플랜지와 일대일 결합하고, 상기 전방케이싱의 하부 체결플랜지는 후방케이싱의 하부 체결플랜지와 일대일 결합함을 특징으로 하는 조립이 용이한 흡음방구조.
