본 발명은 자동차의 시트 벨트 버클 및 브라케트(bracket)에 관한 것으로서, 상기 버클 및 브라케트의 빈번한 사용으로도 상기 두 부재의 결합 및 해제가 확실하게 이루어지도록 되며, 또한 상기 브라케트가 후방 시트에 장착되는 경우, 항시 제위치에 위치되도록 하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 본 발명은, 해제 버튼과, 로크부 및 벨트 장착부로 이루어져 있으며, 상기 해제 버튼에는 손잡이부 및 앞쪽 선단의 2개의 돌기부가 형성되어 있고, 상기 로크부에는 상기 돌기부가 각각 결합되는 구멍이 형성된 플랜지부와 그 하단에 대향하여 형성된 스프링 지지부가 형성되어 스프링이 장착되어 있으며, 또한 상기 플랜지부와 스프링 지지부에는 내부에 관통구멍이 형성되어 있는 로크 고정부가 형성되고, 상기 벨트 장착부는 ㄷ자 형상으로 구부러진 중간부분에 벨트가 감겨져 고정되고, 그 대향 단부에는 긴 봉형상의 부재가 상기 로크 고정부의 관통구멍을 통해 로크부와 벨트 장착부를 결합시키고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트 벨트 버클 및 브라케트를 제공한다.The present invention relates to a seat belt buckle and bracket of a motor vehicle, wherein the frequent use of the buckle and bracket ensures the engagement and disengagement of the two members, and the bracket is secured to the rear seat.
