Abstract
본 발명은 황복의 암컷에 성호르몬을 주사하여 배란을 유도하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 성호르몬은 인간의 태반성 성선자극 호르몬(human chorionic gonadotropin, HCG), 성선자극호르몬 방출 호르몬(Gonadotropin releasing hormone), 또는 성성숙을 자극하는 물질을 말한다. 성호르몬을 처리하면 황복은 원래 산란시기인 5월은 물론 9월에도 산란시킬 수 있었으며, hCG 500-1000 IU/kg, GnRH 100-200㎍/kg에 피모자이드를 1㎍/kg 이상 혼합하여 투여하면 최종 70% 이상의 부화율을 얻을 수 있다.

- 황복의 암컷에 성호르몬으로 인간의 태반성 성선 자극호르몬, 성선자극 호르몬 방출 호르몬, 또는 성선자극 호르몬 방출호르몬과 피모자이드와의 혼합물에서 선택된 1종의 성호르몬을 주사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황복의 배란을 유도하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인간 태반성 성선 자극호르몬 500-1000 IU-kg, 성선자극 호르몬 방출호르몬 100-200㎍/kg, 또는 성선자극호르몬 방출호르몬10㎍/kg과 피모자이드 약 1㎍/kg 이상의 혼합물을 주사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황복의 배란을 유도하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
