Abstract
본 발명은, FBT출력부로부터 출력되는 초기전압의 오차에 대해 보상수단을 이용하여 보상함으로써 전원부에서 인가되는 직류전원의 오버슈트로 인한 수평출력 트랜지스터가 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 된 전원회로의 소프트 스타트회로에 관한 것으로, FBT출력부(10)와, 피드백 전압조절부(20), 전류모드 PWM제어기(30), 상기 FBT출력부(10)로 부터 입력되는 초기전압의 오차를 축적하여 보상하도록 하는 제어신호를 출력하는 적분수단(40) 및, 상기 초기전압의 오차에 대한 보상 전압을 출력하는 보상수단(50)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the horizontal output transistor from being damaged due to the overshoot of the DC power applied from the power supply unit by compensating for the error of the initial voltage output from the FBT output unit using the compensation means.
