Abstract

본 발명은 화재발생시 일정시간 충전이 가능한 능력(내화성)을 보유하면서도 전기 절연물로서 성능을 유지하는 내화용 열 경화성 고분자 수지 조성물과 이를 이용한 내화 전선 및 케이블에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 다른 내화성 열 경화성 고분자 수지 조성물은 실리콘고무(SR)와 에칠렌 프로필렌(EPR(DM))을 폴리머로 하고, 이 주 폴리머는 보강제 및 내화용 난연제가 첨가되어 뛰어난 내화특성을 가지게 된다.
이러한 조성을 가지는 내화용 열 결화성 고분자 수지 조성물은 열에 의해 가열하되더라도 일정한 기간 이상 일정한 수준의 기계적 강도를 유지하여 절연체로써 내화특성을 만족시킴과 아울러 장기간 보관을 가능케 한다. 그리고 이러한 내화용 열 경화성 고분자 수지 조성물을 절연체로 이용하는 내화 전선 및 케이블은 종래의 마이카/글라스 테이프를 사용한 전선 및 케이블과는 달기 일정한 수준 이상의 내화특성을 유지하고, 제조비용을 최소화하고, 제조시간을 단축하고, 그리고 장기간 보관을 가능케하는 이점을 제공한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 실리콘고무와 에칠렌 프로필렌이 혼합되고, 여기에 내화특성을 향상시키는 내화 충전물 및 보강제이 첨가된 내화용 열 경화성 고분자 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘고무와 상기 에칠렌 프로필렌이 각각 20 내지 30 중량부와 70 내지 80 중량부의 조성비로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 내화용 열 경화성 고분자 수지 조성몰.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내화용 난연제가 6 내지 15 중량부 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 내화용 열 경화성 고분자 수지 조성물.
  4. 선심 형상의 도체와, 실리콘고무와 에칠렌 프로필렌이 혼합되고 여기에 내화특성을 향상시키는 내화 충전물 및 보강제이 첨가됨에 의해 형성되어 상기 선심형상의 도체의 표면에 피복된 내화용 열 경화성 고분자 수지 조성물을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화 전선.
  5. 실리콘고무와 에칠렌 프로필렌이 혼합되고 여기에 내화특성을 향상시키는 내화 충전물 및 보강제이 첨가된 내화용 열 경화성 수지 조성물과, 상기 내화성 열 경화성 수지 조성물에 의해 피복되어진 채로 연합되어진 적어도 하나 이상의 선심 형상의 도체와, 상기 적어도 하나 이상의 도체들의 연합체와의 사이에 개재물이 개재되도록 상기 연합체를 감싸는 자켓부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내화 케이블.
