Abstract
본 발명은 밧데리의 전압 및 온도의 측정하고, 이상이 발생된 개별밧데리의 상태를 표시해 주는 개별밧데리의 전압 및 온도 측정장치에 관한 것으로서, 밧데리로부터 공급되는 전원을 출력하는 릴레이 구동부; 밧데리로부터 공급된 전원을 안정적인 전원으로 변환시키는 정전압회로부; 상기 릴레이부를 통하여 밧데리로부터 공급된 전압을 A/D컨버터에서 변환할 수 있는 입력전압으로 변환시켜 주는 스케일링 회로부; 상기 정전압회로부로부터 공급된 전원에 의해 밧데리의 온도를 측정하기 위한 온도측정회로부; 상기 스케일링 회로부 및 상기 온도 측정회로부로부터 출력된 아날로그 신호를 디지탈 신호로 바꾸어 주는 A/D컨버터; 각 밧데리의 전압측정들의 ID를 발생하여 상기 A/D컨버터로 출력시키는 보드 ID 회로; 상기와 같은 회로들로 구성된 전압측정모듈을 관리하는 마이크로프로세서; 상기 마이크로프로세서로부터 출력된 데이터를 입력받아 밧데리의 전체전압 및 불량밧데리를 표시해 주는 디스플레이부를 포함한다. 따라서, 상술한 바와 같이 본 발명은 필요한 시점에만 전압 측정모듈을 온시켜 주기 때문에 불필요한 전력의 손실을 방지하는 효과를 갖는다.The present invention relates to a device for measuring the voltage and temperature of the battery, and to measure the voltage and temperature of the individual battery for displaying the state of the individual battery in which an error has occurred, the relay drive unit for outputting the power supplied from the battery; Constant voltage circuit unit for converting the power supplied from the battery into a stable power supply; A scaling circuit unit for converting the voltage supplied from the battery through the relay unit into an input voltage convertible from an A / D converter; A temperature measuring circuit unit for measuring the temperature of the battery by the power supplied from the constant voltage circuit unit; An A / D converter for converting an analog signal output from the scaling circuit unit and the temperature measuring circuit unit into a digital signal; A board ID circuit which generates an ID of voltage measurements of each battery and outputs the ID to the A / D converter; A microprocessor managing a voltage measurement module composed of the above circuits; It includes a display unit for receiving the data output from the microprocessor to display the total voltage of the battery and the bad battery.
