Abstract

본 발명은 암모니아 흡수식 냉난방기의 재생기-흡수기 열교환기에 관한 것으로서, 재생기-흡수기 열교환기내에 있는 작동유체가 외부의 구동력없이 원활하게 순환되도록 하여 재생기-흡수기 열교환기내에서의 열손실의 감소와 함께 신속한 열전달의 효과를 얻도록 한 것이다.
이와같은 본 발명의 목적은 재생기에서 보내지는 약용액과의 접촉 및 흡수열에 의한 열전달이 이루어져서 온도가 상승되어 내부에 있는 작동유체가 액체상태에서 증기상태로 되도록 흡수기내에 형성된 GAX-흡수기부와, 이 GAX-흡수기부내에 형성된 증기와 흡수기에서 재생기로 보내지는 강용액이 열교환이 이루어지도록하여 강용액의 온도를 상승시키는 재생기내에 형성된 GAX-재생기부와, 이 GAX-흡수기부와 GAX-재생기부사이를 작동유체가 모세관현상에 의해서 열전달이 원활하게 이루어지도록 히트 파이프를 구비함으로서 상기의 목적을 이룰 수 있도록 하였다.

Claims (3)

  1. 재생기에서 흡수기로 보내지는 약용액과의 접촉 및 흡수기내에 흡수열에 의한 열전달이 이루어져 온도가 상승되어 열교환기내부에 있는 작동유체가 액체상태에서 증기상태로 되도록 흡수기내에 형성된 GAX-흡수기부와, 상기 GAX-흡수기부내에서 형성된 증기와 흡수기에서 재생기로 보내지는 강용액이 열교환이 이루어지도록 하여 강용액의 온도를 상승시키는 재생기내에 형성된 GAX-재생기부와, 상기 GAX-흡수기부에서 GAX-재생기부로 열전달이 원활하게 이루어지도록 열전달수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아 흡수식 냉난방기의 지에이엑스(GAX).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열전달수단은 고온부인 GAX-흡수기부와 저온부 GAX-재생기부 사이를 열교환기 작동유체가 모세관현상에 의해서 열전달이 원활하게 이루어지도록 히트 파이프를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아 흡수식 냉난방기의 지에이에스(GAX).
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 히트 파이프는 카운트플로우 구조로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아 흡수식 냉난방기의 지에이엑스(GAX).
