Abstract

본 발명은 냉장고나 공조 기기에 채용되는 밀폐형 압축기의 냉각장치에 관한 것으로서, 고정자와 회전자의 상호 작용으로 회전되며 내외측에 유로가 형성된 크랭크 축과, 상기 크랭크 축을 회전 자유롭게 지지하며 실린더 블록의 일측에 고정 결합된 베어링 부재와, 상기 실린더 블록 내에 크랭크 축의 회전에 따라 왕복 작동되는 피스톤이 결합되고 내측의 홀이 형성된 커넥팅 로드와, 상기 크랭크 축의 하단에 상기 유로와 커넥팅 로드의 홀을 따라 오일을 상승시킬 수 있게 연통 장착된 오일픽업을 포함하되, 상기 베어링 부재의 상측 주연부에는 크랭크 축의 회전작동에 따라 오일 픽업을 통하여 상승된 오일을 외부로 비산 분출시키는 다수의 통공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하여 상기 오일의 윤활 작용과 더불어 냉각 성능이 더욱 향상되어 압축기의 효율을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 수명도 연장시키는 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to a cooling apparatus of a hermetic compressor employed in a refrigerator or an air conditioning apparatus, the crank shaft being rotated by the interaction between the stator and the rotor and having a flow path formed inside and outside thereof, and freely supporting the crank shaft to rotate one side of the cylinder block.
