Abstract
본 발명은 자동차 엔진에 있어서 실린더헤드에 장착되는 스파크플러그의 장착위치를 변경하는 구조로서 폭발행정시 노크현상의 발생을 줄일 수 있도록 한 스파크플러그 위치변경에 따른 엔진의 노크감소 구조에 관한 것으로, 실린더헤드의 중심부측에 장착된 스파크 플러그의 점화작동시 화염의 전파속도가 흡기영역측과 배기영역측에서 거의 비슷하게 나타나도록 하여 화염전파속도의 차이로 인해 발생되는 노크현상을 줄일 수 있도록 하기 위하여 스파크플러그의 장착 위치를 흡기영역측으로 약간 이동시켜서 장착하는 구조변경으로 흡기영역측과 배기영역측에서의 화염의 전파속도가 거의 동일하게 진행되게 하므로서 압축행정말기에서부터 팽창행정조기에 발생되는 노크현상을 줄일 수 있도록 하는데 목적을 두고 발명한 것이다.The present invention relates to a structure for changing the mounting position of a spark plug mounted on a cylinder head in an automobile engine, and relates to a knock reduction structure of an engine due to a change in the position of a spark plug to reduce the occurrence of knock phenomenon during an explosion stroke.
