본 발명은 자동차의 엔진 속도에 따라 최적의 상태를 유지할 수 있도록 밸브 개폐시기를 조절하여 주는 가변식 밸브 개폐시기 조절장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 엔진 블럭의 일측으로 가이드홈을 형성하여 아이들 롤러를 갖는 슬라이더를 좌우 슬라이딩 동작 가능하게 설치하고, 상기 슬라이더에 좌우 이동 동력을 전달할 수 있도록 스크류축을 설치하여 모터와 연결 구성하며 상기 슬라이더의 아이들롤러를 엔진블럭에 설치되는 크랭크 기어와 기어 캠샤프트에 벨트로 연결 설치하여 상기 모터의 동작으로 슬라이더를 좌우 이동시키므로서 이에 설치되어 있는 아이들 롤러가 위치를 엔진 속도 및 부하에 따라 정해지는 위치로 이동시켜 상기 크랭크 기어와 기어 캠샤프트와의 위상차를 얻어 밸브의 개폐시기를 조절하므로서 엔진의 최대 출력을 얻을 수 있으며 장치를 간소화시켜 제조원가를 절감시킬 수 있고 엔진의 성능과 연비를 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 자동차용 가변식 밸브 개폐시기 조절장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a variable valve opening and closing device for adjusting the opening and closing time of the valve to maintain the optimum state according to the engine speed of the vehicle, in particular a slider having an idle roller by forming a guide groove on one side of the engine block Is installed to the left and right sliding operation, and the screw shaft is installed to connect to the motor so as to transmit the left and right movement power to the slider, and the idle roller of the slider is connected to the crank gear and gear cam shaft installed on the engine block by belt installation By moving the slider to the left and right by the operation of the motor to move the idle roller installed in this position to a position determined according to the engine speed and load to obtain a phase difference between the crank gear and the gear cam shaft to open and close the valve To get the maximum engine power.
