Abstract

본 발명은 중합도 500∼3,000인 폴리비닐 알콜을 사용하여 10∼60㎛의 두께로 제조한 필름으로 분말 또는 입상의 세제를 정량포장함으로써 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 정량포장형 세탁세제에 대한 것으로, 본 발명에 의한 정량포장형 세탁세제는 포장재로서 사용한 필름의 용해성이 뛰어나, 세탁시 물에 곧 용해하여 버리므로, 세탁후 포장재의 재분리수거과정이 필요없을 뿐만 아니라, 세제의 정량사용을 가능하게 하므로, 환경적 측면에서 종래의 의류용세제에 비해 매우 유리하다. 또한, 분말 세제의 계량 및 투입시에 발생하던 분말의 날림 현상이 방지되므로 우수한 사용감을 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 중합도 500∼3,000인 폴리비닐 알콜을 사용하여 제조한 두께 10∼60㎛의 필름으로 분말 또는 입상의 세제를 정량포장함으로써 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 정량포장형 세탁세제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 항장력(抗張力, Tensile Strength)이 1.5∼6.0kgf/㎟이고, 신장도(Elongation)가 100∼700%이며, 영계수(Young′Modulus)값이 100∼300kgf/㎟이고, 인열 강도(Tear Strength)값이 20∼80kgf/cm인 것임을 특징으로 하는 정량포장형 세탁세제.
